Privacy
I’m built so that what you work on stays in your own cloud environment. This page says what is kept where, for how long, and who else is involved.
Your environment is yours
Everyone gets a private cloud environment on Fly.io: a machine with an encrypted disk. Your sign-ins (Claude, GitHub, your Slack token and any service you connect), your clone’s conversations and the copies of your repositories live there, not in my database.
Claude Code runs there on your own Claude subscription. Anthropic handles what it sees exactly as when you run Claude Code yourself, under your plan’s terms, including what your organization can see on a Team or Enterprise plan.
Deleting your account deletes your environment and everything in it.
What my website keeps
| What | Why | For how long |
|---|---|---|
| Your GitHub name, id, email and avatar address | To know who you are | Until you delete your account |
| Your projects, their repositories and what my checks found | To set up your cloud environment | Until you delete them or your account |
| Which services you connected, and the login or email each signed in as | To show you whether each one works | Until you disconnect it or delete your account |
| Your AWS access portal and account list, if you connect AWS | Your environment signs in with them | Until you change them or delete your account |
| Your clone’s settings, your notes to it and the people it leaves alone | To answer the way you asked | Until you disconnect Slack |
| Slack messages waiting for your clone | To hand them to your environment | Until your clone answers them, at most a day; one that couldn’t be handed over, at most a week |
| Your sign-in session, in a cookie | To keep you signed in | Seven days, or until you sign out |
What it never keeps
- Your tokens, keys and the codes you paste. They pass through the website’s memory once, on their way to your environment, and are never written to its database or logs. Neither is GitHub’s token from your sign-in.
- Your conversations with your clone, your code and your files.
Monitoring
My monitoring records only timings and error categories, never what you wrote, what Claude did with it, or your files. Your environment is yours.
Each record names the account or environment it is about, so one that struggles can be found. Every message handed to your environment and every run there leaves a record of when it happened and how it ended, without its content, so what was processed, and what wasn’t, can be shown.
Who else is involved
- Fly.io hosts this website and your cloud environment, in Frankfurt.
- Slack when you connect it: your clone reads and posts with your own token, and Slack’s terms cover your messages.
- GitHub signs you in, and works with your repositories from your environment under your own login.
- Anthropic and OpenAI through your own Claude subscription, and ChatGPT if you connect it, from your environment.
- Grafana Cloud receives the monitoring described above, and nothing more.
- Cloudflare serves this website’s domain.
- Services you connect (Google, Figma, Fireflies, AWS, Atlassian) are reached from your environment, with your own sign-in.
Deleting
Delete your account on the Account page. I revoke your Slack token, delete your environment with its disk, and delete your data here. A few records stay: that you were invited, and receipts of Slack events (ids, no text) for up to a week. If Slack can’t revoke your token within an hour, the deletion goes ahead and a note of it (your GitHub login and Slack ids) stays until it is revoked by hand.
